Mei Er was founded with a clear mission: to bring natural, eco-friendly and healthy loofah cleaning supplies to more people worldwide.
Jiangxi Mei Er Loofah Cor. Ltd was established in 1992. Located in Dongxiang, Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, our factory covers 40,000 square meters. As a professional manufacturer of natural loofah cleaning supplies, we have over 100 employees and our own 10,000-mu loofah farms.
We have passed BSCI and ISO9001 certifications, strictly controlling quality from raw materials to finished products. Our natural, eco-friendly, safe and durable products include loofah bath brushes, dishwashing brushes and kitchen scrubbers.

For more than 30 years, we have been making loofah. I have seen too many customers encounter various problems in processing products in small factories. Basically concentrated in the following three places.
The first place is raw materials. Loofah is not a standardized industrial product, it is divided into new materials and old materials, natural drying and machine drying, artificial peeling and chemical degumming. Also called "natural loofah", the cost of a catty can be doubled. Two typical problems of low-priced materials: first, bleaching, shiny white, smelling like a smell, making bath sheets and baby products for personal use is a serious injury; Second, the moisture content was not controlled, and it began to mold when it was boxed out to sea and opened in Hong Kong. If this kind of goods are returned once, the freight plus demurrage will be enough to lose three batches of profits.
The second place is production capacity. Anyone can do well in the proofing stage. What is difficult is the urgent order of explosion. The customer temporarily changed 5,000 pieces to 20,000 pieces, and it was a cabinet every month for three consecutive months. Small workshops rely on the weather to eat and temporary workers to catch up with work, and there is a hurdle between samples and big goods.
The third place is qualification. Many small factories have no certificates: ISO9001, BSCI factory inspection, REACH and other tests. The goods are ready and stuck in the customs declaration. The same is true for domestic supermarkets and hotel groups, which require quality inspection reports, organic certification and traceable batch records.
